Mindful Mondays is a weekly online guided meditation practice rooted in mantra-based Vedic meditation and supported by elements of breathwork and mindfulness.
Each session offers 30–45 minutes of guided practice, inviting the mind and body to slow down, settle, and reconnect through silence, awareness, and inner stillness.
The sessions are open to everyone — whether you are completely new to meditation or already established in your own practice.
Over time, meditation may support greater emotional balance, inner healing, clarity, steadiness, and a more conscious way of moving through daily life.
Alongside the sessions, participants are also invited into an online community space for shared reflections, connection, and ongoing support throughout the practice.
A simple and consistent space to begin the week with greater presence and awareness.
