Mindful Monday is a weekly online guided meditation practice, open to all.
Each session offers 30–45 minutes of mantra-based Vedic meditation, where you’ll be gently guided to repeat a mantra silently, allowing the mind and body to settle into deep rest and clarity.
This space is open to both beginners and experienced practitioners, whether you’re starting your meditation journey or returning to it.
