WELCOME — I’m Carol Das, a meditation teacher, reflective writer, and social awareness advocate.

My work explores the relationship between personal and collective consciousness. I approach meditation not as an escape from the world, but as a return to it — with greater awareness, steadiness, and responsibility.

My path has been shaped by a lifelong engagement with spirituality, philosophy, and contemplative practice. Alongside my academic background in Political Science, I have immersed myself in diverse meditation traditions, including Vedic philosophy, mantra-based meditation, Vipassana practice, and contemplative self-inquiry. My understanding has deepened through formal training, certification in meditation and Ayurveda, retreats, and sustained personal exploration.

I offer structured meditation courses and classes, private one-to-one meditation mentoring, group meditations, and collaborative programs. Each offering is designed to cultivate emotional balance, inner stability, and sustainable well-being, while encouraging alignment between inner awareness and outer action.

Through meditation and reflective dialogue, I create spaces where personal healing becomes the ground for thoughtful engagement — and where inner coherence supports a more compassionate and aware world.
