Carol Das Neves studied in the field of Political Science, specializing in International Relations and Development Studies at the University of Westminster in London, where her focus was on global governance, socio-economic development, and social justice. Over time, she came to realize that while political systems and structures shape society, real and lasting change begins within. The collective, she discovered, is ultimately a reflection of our inner world.

This understanding inspired her to expand her path beyond political studies and dedicate herself to the exploration of inner transformation. She trained with renowned institutions such as the London School of Astrology, The Chopra Centre, The Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening, and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, bridging Eastern and Western traditions to create an integrative approach to well-being.

Today, she offers astrology and meditation services designed to guide individuals toward deeper self-knowledge, balance, and empowerment. Her astrological readings explore the karmic and spiritual dimensions of the soul, while her meditation teachings — rooted in Vedanta philosophy, pranayama, and Vedic mantra practice — provide practical tools for cultivating inner peace and resilience. As a certified Chopra Meditation Teacher, she offers both individual sessions and group workshops, creating safe and transformative spaces for personal growth.

Her mission is to empower others to align with their true selves, nurturing both individual well-being and collective harmony. By fostering awareness and inner transformation, she supports the creation of a more compassionate, inclusive, and conscious world.

About Me

I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, into a family of Portuguese immigrants. My early years were shaped by both the challenges of childhood trauma and profound moments of spiritual awakening — experiences that quietly laid the foundation for my path as a holistic practitioner.

In 2010, I moved to London to study Politics, driven by a desire to contribute to building a more just and compassionate world. It was during this time that I came to understand: true change begins within. The evolution of society depends on the evolution of individual consciousness. This realisation became the catalyst for my own journey — one of healing, self-discovery, and the pursuit of inner peace — as I worked to overcome trauma and chronic stress.

Today, I am dedicated to sharing the transformative practices that have shaped my own path, supporting others in cultivating emotional resilience, spiritual growth, and mental well-being, while remaining deeply committed to my own ongoing study and personal evolution.

My lineage also holds deep significance in my path. My ancestors are the Amazigh people of North Africa, whose name means "The Free People". For over 12,000 years, the Amazigh have preserved a way of life rooted in connection — both with ancestral traditions and with the inward and outward cycles of nature. Their reverence for freedom, balance, and living in harmony continues to inspire and shape the way I approach healing and spiritual growth.
