I’m Carol Das — a Chopra-certified meditation instructor grounded in the wisdom of the Vedic tradition.

My path began in Political Science and International Relations, where I explored social justice and structural inequality. In time, I realised that while systems shape our world, lasting change begins within — the collective reflects the inner landscapes of our minds and hearts.

This insight became the seed of a deeper journey — a journey of self-inquiry, inner healing, and embodied presence. Along the way, I trained with The Chopra Centre, The Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening, and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, weaving contemplative traditions with holistic well-being practices.

Today, I guide mantra-based, silent meditation practices rooted in Vedanta, supported by elements of Ayurveda and breathwork — not to escape life, but to meet it with clarity, resilience, and integrity.

My work opens space for inner awareness and emotional ease, always with kindness, agency, and authenticity at its core. I live in Cascais, Portugal, where I continue to learn, practice, and share the practices that have supported my own healing and growth.
