Terms and Conditions for CAROL DAS Astrological Readings and Meditation Sessions

Introduction

This Agreement governs your use of my consultancy services and website. By booking a session, you, the Client, agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book a session.

Services Offered

I provide 1:1 astrological readings and meditation sessions. All services are intended for personal development and well-being and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

Booking and Payment

All sessions must be booked by filling out the form on the website, after which an email confirmation will be sent along with an invoice for payment. Full payment is required prior to the appointment and is the only guarantee of your booking. Prices for services are clearly stated on the website. Once payment is received, you will receive an email to discuss the time and date of the appointment.

Pricing

Carol Das Neves reserves the right to change the prices of services at any time.

Estimated Time

All readings must be booked at least 5 working days after the booking confirmation. Readings that include reports will be scheduled at least 7 working days after the booking confirmation. The Client agrees to work cooperatively to find the best date and time suitable for all parties. The Client acknowledges that delays may occur and that any significant delay will be discussed collaboratively. If necessary, it will be documented in a written amendment agreed upon by both parties.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session up to 2 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of the Client's payment for services.

• No-shows will not be refunded.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential. I will not share your details with third parties without your express consent, unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

While I strive to provide helpful and accurate guidance, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and actions following the sessions.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided during sessions are the intellectual property of Carol Das Neves or CAROL DAS. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
